- Go to the CGCE Faculty Portal.
- Click on CGCE Support Center.
- Click on Submit a Ticket in the CGCE Support Ticket System window.
- Fill in the information under Your ticket details. Be specific as possible when submitting your ticket. The Instructional Designer on duty may assist you in off-hours.
